The self catering accommodation will sleep 28/35 guests.
The function room will seat between 36-55 people.

function room for weddings and wedding reception

The Corn Barn is an old cob and stone barn which has been converted into a function room.
Full of character with the old oak beams showing and even the remains of the threshing machine in the small kitchen area.

It has a floor space of 4.5mx11.5m and will seat between 36-55 guests depending on the seating arrangements.

When not being used as a function room we use the Corn Barn for a gym and fitness room.

How you decide to decorate the room is entirely up to you!

The large french doors lead out onto the decking and lawns The views across the valley are magnificent.

	The Corn Barn has wonderful views across the Devon countryside.There is a large decked area with plenty of seats directly in front of the Corn Barn and in front of that a lovely lawn.

Costs for exclusive use of the Country Ways complex
Includes accommodation for up 35 guests in the six cottages
along with the use of the function room.

Extra guests can be invited to afternoon or evening parties
and are charged per guest as listed below. No charge for the under fives

Maximum numbers including the guests staying. Winter - 50. Summer - 90.

Portable toilet hire for large weddings and parties

Weddings - There are local registry offices at
Barnstaple (01271 388455) and Bideford (01237 474978).

The drive from Bideford is very pretty. Another possibility is to do the
legal bit quietly at the registry office and then have the main ceremony in the Corn Barn
or in the gardens. Our local vicar is quite happy to do this.
